Eligibility to use services
Services are designed for adults and retirees in Switzerland seeking information on insurance, pension supplements and related business products. To use paid services, users must provide accurate identity information and hold a valid payment method.
Users must be of legal adult age in their jurisdiction. For retirees this typically means individuals who are legally independent and able to enter into contractual agreements. Example: a 67-year-old resident seeking supplemental health coverage may use our comparison service; a minor cannot enter into a paid advisory contract.
You agree to use services lawfully and not to submit fraudulent, abusive or misleading information. Example: do not submit fabricated medical histories to manipulate insurer quotes.
RenteMaxPlan primarily serves residents of Switzerland (CH). Services, pricing and insurance options referenced on the site may not be available outside Switzerland. Example case: a non-resident requesting Swiss pension product comparisons may be advised of country-specific limitations.
Account responsibilities
When you create an account or submit requests, you represent and warrant that the information provided is truthful and accurate. Accounts support personalised comparisons and storage of preferences and documents.
Keep account and contact information current. If your pension start date, address or health status changes, update your profile to ensure recommendations remain relevant. Real-life example: updating an earlier retirement date may change recommended annuity versus lump-sum scenarios.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Notify RenteMaxPlan immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We employ industry-standard technical measures to protect data but cannot accept liability for account compromise resulting from user negligence.
Accounts, credentials and subscriptions are personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from RenteMaxPlan. Example: a family member may not use your account to request a bespoke proposal on your behalf unless explicitly authorised.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately at [email protected] and include details of the suspected incident so we can take mitigation steps and advise on next actions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms, unlawful activity or to comply with legal orders. In suspension cases we will provide notice and the reason where permitted by law.
Description of services
RenteMaxPlan provides informational content, comparison tools, tailored advisory sessions and optional premium matching to insurers. Services may include case-based analyses, sample scenarios and cost comparisons relevant to retirement planning in Switzerland.
Service features, partner offerings and pricing may change. We will notify affected users of material changes in advance where practicable. Example: if a partner insurer stops offering a product, we will update comparison outputs and suggest alternatives.
Services are provided subject to technical availability. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. In emergency outages we will work to restore functionality promptly but cannot promise continuous availability.
User conduct rules
Users must follow reasonable rules to maintain a safe and lawful platform environment. The following examples illustrate prohibited and expected behaviour.
- Do not submit false or misleading personal information to influence quotes or recommendations.
- Do not attempt to access, interfere with or damage other users’ accounts or the underlying infrastructure.
- Do not use the platform to distribute unsolicited commercial messages or harvest personal data from other users.
- Respect intellectual property rights of RenteMaxPlan and third parties; do not repost gated content without permission.
- Comply with applicable Swiss laws when using the service, especially in relation to business advice and insurance solicitation.
- Provide required documentation honestly during paid advisory engagements; incomplete documentation may affect outcomes.
- Cooperate with RenteMaxPlan contribute if the behaviour of your account is questioned or reported.
User-submitted content
Users may upload documents, comments or other materials to support advisory services. This section explains responsibilities and rights related to such content.
You retain ownership of your uploaded personal content. You grant RenteMaxPlan a limited licence to use the content solely to provide requested services, analytics, and to share with selected insurers when you consent.
By submitting content you grant RenteMaxPlan a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process, store and transmit that content to deliver services and comparisons. Example: policy documents you upload may be shared with a selected insurer to obtain an accurate quote with your consent.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and it does not infringe third-party rights. Avoid uploading sensitive third-party data without explicit permission.
You can request removal of user content unless retention is required to comply with legal obligations or to complete a contractual service. Example: documents tied to billing or tax compliance may be retained for the statutory period.
Intellectual property
All branding, text, tools, images and software on RenteMaxPlan are protected by intellectual property law. Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes unless explicit permission or licence is granted.
- Do not reproduce, distribute or publicly display copyrighted content without permission.
- Do not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract underlying source code from RenteMaxPlan tools.
- Do not remove or alter proprietary notices or watermarks from our materials.
Paid services and subscriptions
RenteMaxPlan offers optional paid advisory packages, personalised comparison reports and premium matching with insurers. Paid services are described on the site and in the specific service agreement you accept at purchase.
Pricing for paid services is displayed before purchase and may vary according to the scope of analysis and number of insurer approaches. Example: a basic single-comparison report carries a different fee than a multi-insurer negotiation package.
Payments are processed through secure payment providers. By subscribing or purchasing, you authorise the indicated charge and confirm the payment method is yours. Receipts and invoices will be issued and stored for accounting purposes.
Subscription services renew as described during signup. You may cancel recurring subscriptions through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior billing periods except as set out in the refund policy.
Refund requests are handled case-by-case. For example, if a paid advisory engagement was not provided as described, submit a detailed complaint; we will review the case and may offer a partial refund or credit where appropriate.
To cancel a paid service, use account controls or contact [email protected]. Cancellations do not remove fees already incurred for completed advisory work or services delivered.
Prices may exclude applicable taxes and duties. You are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply to purchases from outside Switzerland as required by law.
We may adjust prices. Existing subscriptions will be notified in advance and given the option to cancel before a price increase takes effect.
Failure to pay for services may result in suspension of access to premium features, and outstanding amounts may be pursued through collection procedures consistent with Swiss law.
Disclaimer
RenteMaxPlan provides information and advisory support based on supplied data and publicly available insurer information. All illustrative examples, scenarios and case studies are educational; final terms, rates and eligibility are determined by insurers. We do not provide binding insurance contracts — insurers decide coverage and pricing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenteMaxPlan and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Example: we are not responsible for insurer decisions or changes in statutory pension rules that affect product suitability.
Third-party services and partners
RenteMaxPlan works with licensed insurers, business institutions and service providers. When we introduce you to a partner, any contract you enter is with that third party. We provide contextual guidance and case-based comparisons but do not act as the insurer in those contracts.
Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, or legal requirements. Users may terminate their account at any time; termination does not relieve obligations incurred prior to termination.
Upon termination, access to paid features ceases. For compliance or record-keeping reasons, certain data may be retained for a statutory period even after account termination.
Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal data. By using RenteMaxPlan you accept those practices. We adhere to applicable Swiss data protection laws and provide mechanisms to exercise your data rights.
Electronic communications
By providing contact details you consent to receive electronic communications necessary to deliver services, including email notifications about account activity, scheduled advisory calls and transactional messages.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory or business changes. Material changes will be posted on RenteMaxPlan.info with an updated effective date. Users will be notified when changes materially affect previously agreed paid services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to Swiss law and local Zurich courts for jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
Dispute resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, parties are encouraged to pursue amicable resolution through written notice and good-faith discussions. Example: if a client contests a bill for a premium advisory package, both parties should first attempt resolution via email and one mediation session.
